Types of training - what do you enjoy?
Having one-to-one sessions allows you to determine what types of training you do. You will engage in discussion to ensure the type of training you do is not only stimulating, but also suited to your needs and goals. One-to-one personal training with MYPT allows you to experience a range of training methods including body weight exercises, circuit training, TRX, kettle bell training, cardiovascular training and cross-training. Other activities such as cycling and swimming can also be included. Sarah will get to know you, and she will aim to find out what drives you and motivates you in order for you to meet your goals.
Physical training is only one step towards a healthier, fitter you. Diet is also a major factor in developing a healthy active lifestyle and Sarah will offer dietary advice that is specific to your needs whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or simply getting more balance back into your diet. Pre and post workout intake is also covered and Sarah will advise you how best to combine your training and your diet to achieve optimum results.
